Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
* Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and dispatched on the same working day.
* Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
* During periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep customers informed.
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 in secure and discreet packaging.
Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, severe weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
